We are thrilled to have worked with local chef Niall McKenna on the launch of his first cookbook, ‘What’s It All About’.  

This exciting publication showcases over 140 innovative recipes, drawn from Niall’s more than two decades of experience in the culinary world. The book is a rich collection of dishes from his five celebrated restaurants across Belfast, offering a culinary tribute to the city he holds close to his heart.

Niall and his wife Joanne have developed a reputation for quality restaurants, since opening James Street South in Belfast in 2003. This also became he base for the city’s first cookery school. Since then, James has opened a further four restaurants, across the city and put his stamp on Belfast’s culinary scene. 

With ‘What’s It All About’, Niall now invites everyone to experience his signature dishes from the comfort of their own kitchens.
